After more than two decades of operating a direct marketing company in Toronto, I started seeing the growing gap in support for local business owners. After witnessing a colleague start a business and fail due to the inability to make his business stand out online, I figured there had to be a way to provide creative solutions for local businesses. My experience in direct marketing and direct mail combined with my love of technology led me to start Light Switch.
